Overindulging for the Holidays

There’s nothing quite like a Thanksgiving weekend spent with family and friends. Great company, quality time, and delicious food…lots and lots of delicious food.

If you’re like many Americans, you may over-indulge this holiday season – after all, it’s hard to say no to a second piece of mom’s homemade pumpkin pie. Add in multiple meals, Black Friday finds, and game day treats, and you may be left feeling a little overstuffed.

Don’t let the holiday ruin your personal health goals this year. Instead of gearing down for winter hibernation, gear UP for a season full of outdoor activities on your lawn. It may not be summer any longer, but that doesn’t mean your time spent outside needs to come to an abrupt end. It’s all about creating a comfortable balance between your holiday indulgences and a variety of fun, healthy activities. Here are just a few of the ways you can enjoy your lawn over the coming months:
